The National Council of Churches in Australia has expressed great fears that Palestine is loosing its Christian population. "Christians are emigrating in larger numbers . because life has become intolerable as they are caught between harsh Israeli policies on the one hand and those who engage in terrorist acts on the other," the council's general secretary, John Henderson had said in March.
